An Oakley resident says he’s putting away college money for his daughter’s education and taking a trip to Italy after discovering a winning lottery ticket worth $672,000 on April Fools’ Day, California Lottery officials announced Tuesday. Anthony Fazzini is also buying a new truck for his father, the man who purchased the Mega Millions winning ticket – which had matched five of six numbers, according to lottery officials.
