A Senate committee will debate a proposal to have Alabama join multi-state lottery games like Mega-Millions and Powerball. The Senate Tourism and Marketing Committee will hold a public hearing Wednesday on the bill sponsored by Republican Sen. Trip Pittman of Montrose.
