Monument Wines and Spirits, located at 2250 Monument Boulevard, sold the winning ticket Saturday night, which matched five of six numbers in the national Powerball drawing. The winning numbers on the $1, 021,713 ticket were 25, 28, 11, 17, and 46. The only missing number was 46. The ticket’s purchaser should immediately sign the back of the ticket in ink, keep it in a safe place and visit one of the nine Lottery District Offices during business hours as soon as possible.
