Sarah Wall of Rockingham won the cash prize in the Jan. 23 Mega Millions drawing, according to a release from the state lottery. The biggest win of the week went to Jarrod Martin, who matched all five numbers in the Jan. 22 Cash 5 drawing to win the $263,868 jackpot.
