Five Rockland County siblings are splitting the winnings of a $1 million Powerball prize from a drawing earlier this year. The Journal News reports the brothers and sisters from Haverstraw and Stony Point have been taking turns buying lottery tickets every week and are now splitting the winnings from a drawing in January.
