Avid bowls fan Vic Eden, 80, scooped the A 1m Lotto Millionaire Raffle jackpot on Saturday, and still cannot believe his luck. The retired mechanical engineer, who worked at Lea Hall Colliery, thought his big win had come last year, when he scooped A 3,000 on EuroMillions.
