A man won $1 million from a lottery scratcher he bought at a San Jose liquor store that has a recent history of winning tickets, according to the California Lottery. Tien Sy Ton’s new fortune comes by way of a “50X The Cash Scratchers” ticket he picked up at JT Liquors on Senter Road.
