Schaumburg resident Danette Pengelly bought a World Class Millions ticket at United Liquors at 34 S. Meacham Rd. in Schaumburg, the Illinois Lottery said in a statement. World Class Millions is a $30 instant ticket offering three top prizes of $15 million, seven prizes of $1 million, and 20 prizes of $100,000.
