West Australians will be clutching their tickets on Thursday night as the second largest lotto jackpot – a 70 million Powerball – will be drawn. Lotterywest said it’s the largest Lotto offering this year and more than a thousand tickets are expected to be bought for the jackpot every minute throughout the busiest hour of sales.
