SEPTA will resume the sale of its special Pope Francis Regional Rail passes on for Aug. 3 through a new lottery system in a 24-hour timeframe. The transit agency will be selling its 350,000 Regional Rail passes on Monday between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. after suffering a site crash last week that forced the transit agency to suspend the sale for the remainder of the week.
