Tommy Tipton came to the Polk County Courthouse on Thursday and testified in the lottery fraud trial of his brother, after being called as a witness by the defense. Tommy Tipton said on the stand that he’s reviewed the surveillance video in question in this case very carefully and he says the person in that video is not his brother.
