Dover Police report an arrest from a collaboration of the Department’s Drug Unit and Safe Streets Unit, as well as Delaware State Police. Miranda Hart, 27, and Jessie Mahoney, 39, were arrested Wednesday in the Dover Downs Casino parking lot in connection with an ongoing drug investigation.
