Sushanto and Hemonto Palma, two brothers from Manchester, showed up at CT Lottery headquarters early this morning to claim the $2555,555 top prize for the April 11 “5 Card Cash” lottery game. The brothers’ winning ticket was bought by Sushanto at Center Liquors, 509 Center St. in Manchester, CT Lottery officials anounced.
