Visitors will be able to settle down on sofas and watch as the Tyne’s kittiwakes rear their families this year. The kittiwake colony on the riverside buildings at Newcastle and Gateshead, and the Tyne Bridge , is the furthest inland nesting gathering of the birds in the world.
