The Wyoming Highway Patrol says the accident last Friday killed 71-year-old Clark Willis and 48-year-old Magno N. Lazano-Ricardo, both of Logan, Utah. They died when the SUV they were riding in rolled into a creek off U.S. 89 near the small town of Smoot.
