Mayor Dennis Clough reminded those in attendance at Thursday’s Westlake City Council meeting that the city would benefit if residents passed Nov. 3 the safety force renewal levy that will appear on the ballot. “My personal opinion is that I feel it’s very important for the city to pass this renewal,” Clough said.
