World Series of Poker Heads Into Eastern Europe

World Series of Poker will venture into Eastern Europe for the first time with a World Series of Poker Circuit event held in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) continue to wave their flag in more countries than ever before with news of an impending trip to Tbilisi, Georgia.

It will be the first time the WSOP brand has been seen live in Eastern Europe. Online gambling giant Adjarabet will host the World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) event. The action will take place in the Tbilisi Sports Palace, the largest indoor sports arena in the country, March 3 – 9, 2016.

The organisers are planning a 19-event schedule. All eyes will be on the ‘7 Rings in 7 Day’ part of that program. The two main entrees will be the $300,000 guaranteed $1,100 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em (NLHE) Main Event, held March 6 – 9, and the $100,000 guaranteed $330 buy-in Adjarabet Championship March 4 – 6. The organisers will be guaranteeing $700,000 in prize money spread out over the seven days.
