The crash occurred at 10:10 p.m. on Interstate 80 at mile post 24 approximately 17 miles east of Evanston, Wyoming. Mr. Hudson was driving a 2013 Peterbilt tractor eastbound on I 80. A 2010 International tractor was ahead of Mr. Hudson also eastbound and driven by Shuujin Vanchig, 39, of Palatine, Illinois.
