A Michigan man says his late father had a hand in helping him win $1.15 million playing Lotto 47 from the Michigan Lottery. Joseph Durcan, 45, matched the six Lotto 47 numbers drawn on Feb. 27, 2016: 11-25-28-32-34-46.
