Jockeys' Guild Appeals New Jersey Riding Crop Rule
The Jockeys’ Guild filed a notice of appeal Nov. 5 in the Appellate Division of Superior Court in New Jersey contesting a riding crop regulation that was passed by the New Jersey Racing Commission in September, officials with the Jockeys’ Guild said.
