The Big Lottery and Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership have announced that Fusion, a consortium of 24 Worcestershire based not for profit organisations, has been successful in moving forward to stage two to develop full proposals for the investment of A 1m of Lottery and European Social Investment Funding to move long term unemployed into work.

A number of community projects in and around Norwich will have a reason to smile in the run up to Christmas after receiving their share of a 2 million pot of cash. The money is being awarded by the Big Lottery Fund and aims to benefit those taking a lead in helping improve their communities.

The man, who has chosen to remain anonymous, bought his winning ticket at the Waverly EZ Mart in Lansing. The player says he usually visits different stores when he plays the lottery and he had a feeling that the Waverly EZ Mart was “a lucky spot.”
