GSA partners with iGaming Academy to host e-learning sessions on GSA’s industry standards

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (January 2017) – The Gaming Standards Association (GSA) has partnered with e-learning specialists iGaming Academy to develop and host a series of e-learning modules related to GSA standards.

The online educational series will provide an easily accessible platform for users to learn more about GSA’s standards, the impact they have had on the global gaming industry, and the potential they can bring to operators, suppliers, and regulators.

Covering the entire portfolio of GSA standards, these learning modules will provide greater insight into GSA standards and their applicability and potential. The online educational platform will be available to anyone with an interest in learning more about the gaming industry and the standards that govern its technology.

GSA President Peter DeRaedt said, “GSA’s membership is global and operates across multiple time zones.   Learning tools should be available 24/7 and make it possible for members and non-members of GSA to offer training without constraint on resources. For a reasonable fee, industry professionals can learn the basics of our standards and the role they play in the gaming industry without leaving their office.”

The Italian all-time money leader crushed the opposition and didn’t seem to be able to lose a hand. He ended the day with a massive 2.3 million, far more than any of the other 35 remaining players, in Event #11, the Main Event.

Fedor Holz (539,000), Jennifer Tilly (700,400) and several other notables are also still in the field, making the Aussie Millions once again a tournament to follow for anyone even remotely interested in poker.

Day 3 of the 2017 Aussie Millions started with exactly 150 players and 70 would go home empty-handed as only 80 would cash.

European champion Ruud Gullit has joined the lineup for  H20 Data, the sports data seminar organised by SBC Events in association with BetConstruct.

Gullit, who won the Ballon d’Or in 1987, was part of the now legendary AC Milan squad that won 3 Serie A titles and 2 European Cups from 1987 to 1993 and captained the Netherlands national team that was victorious at Euro 1988.

The Dutch master will be appearing alongside England and Liverpool legend John Barnes and both former footballers will be answering questions about their long and successful playing careers.

The invite only sports data seminar is being held at One Whitehall Place in London on 5 February, the Sunday before the ICE Totally Gaming show at ExCeL.
