Win Systems launches revolutionary Chinese roulette

Malta, 01 February, 2018, – Win Systems, the leading technology supplier for the gaming and entertainment industry, has launched a breakthrough electronic roulette game under its Gold Club brand, Chinese roulette.

The innovative product differs significantly to the traditional Western version. The bet table features the usual 36 numbers plus zero, but is laid out as a figure of eight, referencing Chinese culture’s mystical relationship with the number.

Players will also be able to bet on alternative sets of numbers based on the Chinese zodiac, including the tiger, snake and dragon amongst others, as well as wider sets based on the four basic elements of wood, fire, metal and water.

Another unique feature for Chinese roulette is the Zero 50/50 protection game. This sees a card dealt when the ball lands on zero, with players recovering their bets if the value is higher than an eight and losing if lower.

Super Bowl LII betting odds: Underdog Philadelphia Eagles out to prove they’re not all bark

Philadelphia Eagles’ fans have been wearing lots of dog masks lately.

No one ever predicted that the team will ever book a ticket to the Super Bowl in Minneapolis on Sunday since the start of the season. The Eagles, however, clawed their way to the top with much gusto, vanquishing one team after the other.

The Eagles fought football juggernauts like the Minnesota Vikings and the Atlanta Falcons until they become the first team to be both a betting underdog and at the same time No.1 seed.

Eagles defensive tackle Fletcher Cox best described how everyone treated the team all year when he was interviewed by ESPN last month: disrespected.

PokerStars issues $30K bluff challenge to players

In poker, there’s a simple adage—your opponent’s either bluffing or he’s not.

Poker aficionados who think they know how to read their opponents’ faces and body language will now have the chance to put their ability to the test. PokerStars has launched its Truth or Bluff challenge, which offers up to $30,000 for those that think they have the right stuff.

In order to compete, players have to watch a video posted on Twitter and determine if Dutch poker pro Fatima Moreira de Melo is being honest in a face-off against her tough opponent, Daniel “Kid Poker” Negreanu. If she is, the player would send a Twitter response of ‘truth;’ otherwise, tweeting a quick ‘bluff’ is all that’s necessary. The tweet should be accompanied with the hashtag #PlatinumPass and the user’s screen name.

There are no limits on how many times players can make a run at the game, and participation is free. The first video is already up and can be found here. There will be new challenges posted by PokerStars on Twitter every week, and answers must be submitted before the Thursday of that week. A test video is available on PokerStars’ Facebook page, and pits Negreanu against Liv Boeree.

Sam Greenwood calls out ‘vulture’ German players

Perhaps it was fatigue, or perhaps it was an old grudge surfacing. Either way, Sam Greenwood didn’t mince words against German high rollers after a recent poker win, and took to Twitter to let everyone know how exactly how he felt.

In a couple of tweets that held nothing back, the Canadian accused the German players of being ‘vultures’ and ‘cowards.’ Greenwood pointed out the Germans only stood at the rail before a game, waiting to see who enters a game before deciding to play.

Greenwood’s comments came after he took down the Aussie Millions ANTON Jewellery $50,000 Challenge. The event was somewhat unspectacular, as only four players participated.

In his colorful Twitter commentary, Greenwood said that the Germans only enter tournaments if they see that only bad players will be playing.
