Breeders’ Cup and FanDuel Group, parent company of TVG, announced July 17 a comprehensive multi-year sponsorship agreement naming TVG and FanDuel official wagering partners of the Breeders’ Cup World Championships Nov. 1-2 at Santa Anita Park.

Bob Fortus, who covered horse racing for the New Orleans Times-Picayune for many years, died July 16 in Baton Rouge, La. He was 69.
