Philanthropic organization of GCSAA fosters sustainability
Lawrence, Kan. (Feb. 11, 2020) — Kevin P. Sunderman, certified golf course superintendent (CGCS) and director of grounds at Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club in St. Petersburg, Fla., has been appointed to the board of trustees for the Environmental Institute For Golf (EIFG), the philanthropic organization of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA).
Sunderman also serves on the board of directors for GCSAA. A 19-year GCSAA member, he is past president of the Florida West Coast GCSA and Florida GCSA. He was also previously a board member for the Environmental Research and Education Foundation.
