Education Lottery announced Monday that an Augusta mom purchased a $100,000 winning ticket in Aiken while a Warrenville man won $125,000 on a scratch-off. “I’m starting a college fund,” she said looking down at the newborn asleep in her lap, according to a press release from the S.C. Education Lottery.
