Officials say an ex-priest who won more than $1 million in the New York Lottery 30 years ago has been charged with a sex crime. The Journal News reports the charges suggest Faraone is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a person younger than 15 years old or with a person incapable of consent due to a mental disability or incapacity.
