A Beloit man won the top prize in the Dec. 22 SuperCash! drawing, according to a release from the Wisconsin Lottery. John Sumpter’s winning ticket matched all six numbers — 11, 14, 22, 26, 33 and 39 — to win the $350,000 top prize, officials said.
