Hedge fund manager, Bill Perkins, has lost yet another prop bet, this time paying out $600,000 to Brian Rast after he rode a bike from Las Vegas to Los Angeles in 47 hours, and Dan Bilzerian is the star of a new zombie game.
There is no doubt that Bill Perkins is a smart man, but he seems to be a goalkeeper short of a football team when it comes to prop betting.
He handed over $550,000 to Jeff Gross for having a tiny rainbow tattoo on his back; gave Antonio Esfandiari $50,000 after losing the infamous PCA Lunge bet, and more recently donated $600,000 to the Dan Bilzerian guns and girls fund after he smashed his Las Vegas to Los Angeles 48 hour bike ride bet with 15 hours to spare.
Not one to learn his lesson he partnered with that man Bilzerian to offer Brian Rast odds of 6-1 to take on the same bike bet but with a few not so minor alterations. Rast would not be able to draft like Bilzerian did, he would only use one road bike, would ride 30-miles more to reduce time on the highway, and complete the trip with only three days of training.
