An audit has found that the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency did not correctly handle unclaimed vouchers worth $704,000 in slot-machine winnings in 2013 at Maryland casinos. The Department of Legislative Services audit released Monday says all unclaimed winnings should have gone go the state.
