C. Indiana trio charged with stealing $2M lottery ticket

A scam to claim a $2 million Hoosier Lottery scratch-off ticket has landed a central Indiana man, his wife and his brother behind bars facing charges including theft, fraud and forgery. Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry told a news conference Thursday that authorities had arrested 29-year-old Joseph Parsley of Coatesville; his wife, 28-year-old Ashlee Campbell-Parsley; and his brother 35-year-old Jackie Parsley II.
