WeAreCasino integrates Woohoo Games

WeAreCasino are a dynamic, rapidly expanding aggregator in the gaming industry and, in a short space of time, have managed to secure partnerships with some of the largest operators and games suppliers.

The new kid on the block, in terms of games suppliers is Woohoo Games who have taken the RNG game experience and developed products that not only deliver for the operator but also, more importantly, offer an immersive, fun game to the player. This unique user experience has engendered a loyalty within players that is rarely seen with RNG games.

Woohoo has established a footprint in the lucrative and growing Indian market, becoming one of the most significant RNG games providers in the region with popular games like Andar Bahar, Teen Patti and Cricket Kings, among others.

Woohoo Games, Head of Business Development, Ed Whittington explains: “In the initial explosion of the online era, businesses pored over customer loyalty – creating websites that the customer stayed with for long periods of time. We don’t think this is a dated concept but rather one that’s crucial for the success of any business, and a concept on which we have built the foundations of how we work. In RNG games, the content has often been seen as disposable and turnover of content, as a result, was very quick. We wanted to create games that players not only enjoy, but also become loyal to, and bring this back as a considered focus in the industry. The fact that growing aggregators in the industry such as WeAreCasino are integrating our games, we hope, shows operators that Woohoo are a ‘must-have’ portfolio of games.”

FlowPlay launches in-game fundraiser with American Cancer Society to offer relief to front lines of COVID-19 pandemic

Proceeds from month long fundraiser to support hope lodge for health care providers and cancer patients in need.

SEATTLE – May 5, 2020 – FlowPlay, creator of one of the most powerful immersive gaming platforms, today announced the start of a new in-game fundraising campaign for the year on behalf of the American Cancer Society (ACS). During the month of May, players within FlowPlay’s flagship social casino, Vegas World, can contribute directly to the ACS’s Hope Lodge program, which has responded to the COVID-19 crisis by providing rooms for health care providers to rest between shifts or stay overnight.

On the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, doctors, nurses and other medical professionals are often working gruelling 24-hour shifts in high stress, high-risk environments. Many are also spending the night in their cars or in hotel rooms, fearful of spreading the virus to their loved ones at home. All funds from FlowPlay’s campaign will directly support the ACS Hope Lodge program which provides thousands of free rooms for cancer patients who must travel away from home for treatment. During the pandemic, ACS has repurposed its lodging facilities to support health care providers.

“Because our Hope Lodge facilities are located near medical centers, we have a unique opportunity to support front line healthcare workers,” said Howard Heino, Vice President of Hope Lodge Operations for the American Cancer Society. “We’ve always been about saving lives and we’re humbled to step forward during this unprecedented time in this special way. We also look forward to once again serving cancer patients as soon as it’s safe to do so. We’re extremely grateful to FlowPlay and the Vegas World community for their support in these critical efforts.”

Videoslots expresses concerns over proposed Government measures

Malta, 4th May 2020 – Videoslots.com, one of Sweden’s leading online casinos, has warned that a one-size-fits-all attempt to protect the country’s players during the Covid-19 pandemic could drive them into the arms of unscrupulous black-market operators.

Lawmakers will this week debate the introduction of forced limits on gambling deposits, as well as restricting bonus offers to SEK100 for customers who will also have to set mandatory time limits on the amount of time they play.

The new rules, which will be discussed on May 7th, would be in addition to Europe’s strictest gambling regulations. These include a limit on bonuses to first-time customers, interaction with players setting a deposit limit over 10,000 SEK, and ensuring they are not registered with the national Spelpaus self-exclusion program.

According to Ewout Wierda, General Counsel at Videoslots and a former regulator in the Netherlands, the proposed changes would make licensed operators uncompetitive in comparison to illegal operators, who can offer tempting bonuses and limit-free play.
