Two officials at the state agency overseeing gambling disclosed they had conflicts of interest recently when it came time to decide on a matter affecting a former official who has gone to work for the gaming industry. Robert Lytle, the former chief of the state gambling enforcement unit, went on to build a successful business consulting for card rooms across the state after leaving his state job in 2007.
