Intralot bags $340M Illinois State Lottery deal

Greek lottery operator Intralot S.A. has bagged a 10-year, multi-million contract for the supply of systems solution to Illinois State Lottery.

On Monday, Intralot announced that it closed a $340 million deal with the Illinois State Lottery for the installation of technology solutions in some 7,500 retail locations across the state. The contract, which was brokered with Camelot Illinois, will last until October 2027.

The company agreed to deliver the next generation of the Intralot Photon terminals and the Genion ticket checker to the state lottery. Intralot will also introduce WinStation 30, which is a high-definition, touchscreen monitor.

Under the agreement, Intralot must also provide digital integration points to the central system, printers, a full suite of peripheral devices, a retailer communication network, a retailer financial portal, asset tracking systems, inbound retail call center management and field service support.
