A Webster County man’s strategy for buying scratch tickets has certainly been in his favor over the last few weeks. James ‘Jim’ Jackson of Lehigh claimed three big lottery prizes Wednesday, including a $100,000 prize from a “Cash Frenzy” scratch ticket he purchased earlier this month at Duncombe Gas & Grocery.
