The National lottery last week celebrated making 4,000 people millionaires. Tom Morris met Richard and Dione Buss who scooped a big win in 2013 and talked snazzy sports cars, horses and kebabs Dione Buss was working in the council tax department at Bristol City Council when she and her husband Richard scooped 1.9 million on the National Lottery.
