A Manassas man won $100,000 with a scratch-off lottery ticket he bought at a Fairfax City grocery store, the Virginia Lottery announced Friday. Francisco Barahona purchased the ticket for the lottery’s Winner Take All game at Shoppers Food Warehouse at 9622 Main St. , in the Fair City Mall.
