The hearing to determine the fate of Atlantic City’s Revel Casino was delayed today.
US Bankruptcy Court Judge Gloria Burns was to have heard certain aspects of the ongoing case today, but both parties agreed to a postponement, a spokeswoman for the court confirmed.
Associated Press first reported the delay.
The proposed $82 million sale to Florida developer Glenn Straub is on hold as other potential buys are allegedly interested. On Friday, the judge refused to approve the bid for the closed casino.
The court said the new time and date for the hearing is now 10 am, March 30.
