Scioto Downs Racino is opening a $5.9 million microbrewery and restaurant in an effort to draw a wider swath of patrons, including those who may not be interested in gambling. The 12,750-square-foot Brew Brothers restaurant is set to open by year’s end on the northwest corner of the harness-racing and video-slots facility, across from the Grove Buffet.
