The operator of the Stratosphere and the two Arizona Charlie’s properties reversed a net loss and grew revenue in the fourth quarter. American Casino & Entertainment Properties said Thursday its net income of $200,000 for the quarter that ended Dec. 31 reversed a net loss of $2.8 million for the same period a year ago.
