The award winner, Jacqueline Dolce, teaches 10th grade U.S. history and 11th grade government and advanced placement government classes at Wyoming High School, which is part of the Wyoming Public Schools district.

Casino adds new manager

For the second time in less than a year, Penn National Gaming Inc. is bringing a new general manager to its Hollywood Casino Toledo. The company announced Monday that Rafael Verde would replace former general manager Frank Quigley, who elected to take the general manager job at Hollywood Casino Penn National Race Course in Grantville, Pa.
