Lottery revenues for the fiscal year ending June 30 are up $180 million over last year, reaching a record $5.58 billion, with two-thirds of that money via scratch-offs. The state sold $3.7 billion in scratch-off tickets this year, compared with $3.4 billion in 2013-14.
