As time ticked away for collecting on the $63 Million Lottery ticket that was sold in Chatsworth on Aug. 8th 2015, desperate people tried anything to collect the winnings. At the Van Nuys California Lottery District Office, Thursday morning began with the phones ringing off the hook as frantic people told all types of stories for why they haven’t been able to collect on the winning ticket.

The ticket was bought on Janaury 20, 2016 in the city and players are being urged to check their unique Lotto Millionaire Raffle code for the chance to become an instant millionaire. The winning code was NAVY 3903 3904 and the lucky ticket-holder has until 18 July, 2016 to claim their prize.
