An El Paso man won $2 million with a Powerball ticket purchased Saturday at a convenience store in the El Paso area, the Texas Lottery said Wednesday. Rodney Macneil won in a second-tier drawing on a ticket he bought at the Circle K store at 601 S. Main in Anthony, Texas, lottery officials said.
